The short version. This is a marketing site. Reading it does not make us your consultant, and the numbers on it are things that happened for other companies, not promises about yours. Real work runs on a signed agreement that says what we will do and what it costs.

It is an information and marketing site. Everything on it is provided for general information. It is not consulting advice for your specific situation, and it is not legal, financial, or tax advice of any kind.
About the results shown here
The figures on this site describe outcomes for specific past clients in specific circumstances. They are not a forecast, a guarantee, or a typical result. Search and AI answer visibility depend on your market, your competitors, your budget, your site, and decisions made by Google and other platforms that nobody controls. Anyone in this industry who guarantees a ranking or a revenue number is selling you something. We will not.
Booking a call does not start an engagement
Submitting the form or having a conversation with us does not create a client relationship, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. An engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timing, and fees. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement governs.
Confidentiality of what you send
Tell us what you need to tell us. We treat the contents of an inquiry as confidential and use it only to evaluate and respond to your request. How it is stored is covered in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send trade secrets or anything you would not want in an email until we have a signed agreement in place.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and structure of this site belong to THMPSN Digital unless credited otherwise. Client names and marks belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may quote or link to our material with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or present it as your own.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law. Specifically, please do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, submit the form using someone else's identity, use it to send unsolicited commercial messages, or scrape it at a volume that degrades service for anyone else. Ordinary crawling that respects robots.txt is fine, and machine readers are welcome to the summary at llms.txt.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
